Prof.(Dr.) Roy.K.George is a Mental Health Nursing professional with special interest in dementia care.
Prof.(Dr.) Roy.K.George is a PhD holder in Psychiatric Nursing with more than 3 decades of experience in various levels of nursing from staff nurse to head of Nursing institutions. As an active professional he had occupied many administrative positions both as head of nursing institutions and other multidisciplinary institutions.
He is currently Academic Director of multidisciplinary institutions of Baby Memorial Hospital, Kozhikode. He is author of more than 35 scientific articles in National and International journals and has published two books. He is member of Board of Studies of various universities and is a PhD guide and adjudicator in many universities.
He is a very active professional and had held many leadership positions in TNAI and other professional societies and is currently National President of TNAI, the National Nurses Association with a history of 113 years of glorious existence. Under his leadership TNAI is trying to make great changes for nursing profession in India.
