Family members from Kerala or Abroad can join online with the clients for the assessments
A Total Assessment of care needs and formulation of Care Plans with the Multi-Disciplinary Team
Doctors face to face or online appointments are arranged following initial assessment.
Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting is arranged with the client and the family, following the comprehensive Assessment
Recommendations are provided to the family following this meeting
If the client/family accepts the recommendations, Care Inspire Team takes over and provides the care as stipulated in the Care Plan
Support with psycho-socio spiritual needs by our dedicated and skilled staff team comprises of nurses, social workers and psychologists
